1:1 ONLINE COACHING FOR WOMEN

The body you want wasn't built from guesswork.

I coach women who are done guessing what to eat and how to train. No living like a monk. No food you hate. A plan that fits your life, and someone who stays on it with you.

Takes two minutes. We talk before you commit to anything.

SOUND FAMILIAR?

You've said at least one of these out loud this year.

“

I'm good all week. Then the weekend hits and I write the whole thing off.

“

I've done every plan going. I always end up back where I started.

“

I feel like I train hard, I eat well, and my body looks exactly the same.

“

I don't know if I'm eating too much or not enough. I'm guessing.

If you're nodding at those, you're in the right place.

And you're nowhere near as alone in it as you think.

My body changed. But the biggest changes were the ones you can't see in a photo.
My habits. My mindset. The way I talked to myself.

MEET BEC

I've been where you are

I spent years fighting my own body.

A terrible relationship with food. Binge eating. Under eating. Over training. Trying every diet going and doubting all of it while I did it.

Every weekend ended the same way. Head first in a box of Krispy Kremes, promising myself I'd start again on Monday.

Sound familiar?

I know what that costs you, because it cost me. Years of confidence. Years of second-guessing myself. Years of not being the person I actually wanted to be.

I look back now, knowing what I know, and I feel sad for that version of me. Not because she wasn't trying. She was trying constantly. She just had nobody telling her the truth about what actually works.

It didn't have to take that long, or be that painful.

So how did I break the cycle?

What changed things for me?

I invested in a coach

I realised I was never going to get where I wanted with the knowledge I had.

So I bet on myself. I paid someone whose job it was to get results for women like me.

The weight came off.
But the bigger change was that I stopped being the person who felt stuck in a body she wasn't proud of.
I built the physique I'd wanted for years, and I became someone who trains because she loves it.

To this day it's one of the best things I've ever done. For my body, my confidence, my mindset, my whole life.

I coach now because I want women to break that cycle years earlier than I did. What I teach is what I wish someone had sat me down and told me back then.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

What you actually get

A plan built for you, no cookie cutters.

Before anything starts, you fill in a consultation form. Your training history, your schedule, your food preferences, what's worked and what hasn't. Your training, nutrition and supplement protocol is built from that. Not a template with your name on it.

A daily check-in that takes two minutes

You fill in a short feedback form each day. Sleep, energy, training, food, how you're actually feeling. It keeps you honest, and it means I can spot what's happening before it becomes a problem rather than three weeks after.

Access to me on WhatsApp

Not a chatbot or a support inbox. Me. If you've had a bad weekend and you're about to write the whole week off, message me. That's the bit that stops the spiral, and it's the bit you've never had before.

A weekly personal video from me. Not a copy and pasted message.

Every week you send your check-in sheet and photos and get a video back from me. What went well, what needs adjusting, what I've changed and why. You'll always know where you are and what's coming next.

You'll learn why, not just what.

This is the part that matters most to me. I explain the reasoning behind every change I make. So by the time you're in the best shape you've been in, you'll actually know how you got there and how to hold onto it. I'm not building someone who needs a coach forever.

Why I only take 1:1 clients for six months minimum

You've done the eight-week thing. You've done the twelve-week thing. You've probably done both more than once, and here you are.

Real change to your body, your habits and your relationship with food doesn't happen in twelve weeks. It happens in the months after the initial motivation runs out, when you keep going anyway. That's the part I'm here for.

If you want a fast fix, 1:1 coaching isn't for you.

If you want it to be the last time you start over, six months is nothing.

04

We stay on it

This is the bit most plans skip. I don't disappear once your plan is built. I'm checking in, adjusting, and there in the weeks it gets hard. Because it will get hard.

03

You sign up

You get a bespoke training, nutrition and supplement plan which will move you towards your dream physique.

How does the application process work?

think coaching may be the missing piece for you?

01

You apply

Fill in the form and tell me where you're at. If I think I can help, I'll book you in for a call.

02

We chat

On the call, we'll talk about you and your goals and see if we're a fit. Either way, you'll leave with an action plan

WHAT I ACTUALLY BELIEVE about fitness

My 'no bullshit' beliefs on achieving your goals

ON EFFORT

Nothing worth having comes easy, or instantly. Learning to be consistent regardless is the key to success.

ON BALANCE

You can absolutely enjoy food while working towards your goals. It doesn't have to be plain and boring.

ON SHORTCUTS

There aren't any. It takes effort. What I can promise is a process where you won't absolutely hate your life.

ON THE GOAL

The body is the by-product. Falling in love with who you become on the way there is the actual prize.

Coaching with me isn't for everyone

i dont want to waste your time - is this for you?

This isn't for you if

—

You want a quick fix. This is a lifestyle change, not a six-week one.

—

You aren't willing to work on yourself or change your mindset

—

You're not willing to sometimes have to leave your comfort zone

—

—

You only want to be told what you want to hear, not what you need to hear

You only want to be told what you want to hear, not what you need to hear

—

You think investing in coaching means you'll get results on autopilot. It still takes work.

This is for you if

—

You're ready to commit to a process that takes patience and unlearning behaviours, not a six-week fix

—

You want structure, habits you can keep, and someone holding you to it

—

You're willing to try things that may feel uncomfortable at first

—

You want a better relationship with food and training, to learn more about your body and stay in shape year round

I'm looking for my first clients

I'm not going to pretend I've got a wall of transformation photos.
I don't yet. I'm at the start of this.

I still work full time, so this isn't about filling slots. I'm taking on five women to start with, as I'd rather coach five properly than take on twelve and spread myself thin - and I'm not going to say yes to someone I don't think I can help.

What that means for you: a hell of a lot more attention than you'd get from a coach juggling forty clients.
I'll be all over your check-ins. I'll answer you quickly. And I'll be more invested in this working than any coach with a full roster could be, not just because I care, but because your results are how I build this.

You get a coach who has been exactly where you are, who has done it herself, is still doing it every day and who has everything to prove.
